Salesman Preston was Awesome, a 10! The rest of the experience derailed in finance. There was a lot of overselling and just plain misrepresentation. They take advantage of women buyers and lie constantly, they have trade cash and car we tried to buy but broke down after signing and promised to fix but didn’t and lied and said they did and it broke down they have trade cash and car we tried to buy but broke down after signing and promised to fix but didn’t and lied and said they did and it broke down again before leaving. So yes if you would like them to steal your trade in keep your cash and the Jeep you tried to buy that they are still forcing upon you even tho you do not want it after not doing as they said but still trying to deceive you this is your place . A bunch of crooks straight up. We don’t even have the car and told us they are selling our trade keeping our cash and the broke down jeep . More
