Outstanding customer service! We bought our 2008 GMC Envoy from one of the other Glenn dealerships in August, and when we first test drove it, we noticed that it had a flat tire. We bought our 2008 GMC Envoy from one of the other Glenn dealerships in August, and when we first test drove it, we noticed that it had a flat tire. They said that they would take care of it. A week later we purchased the vehicle and the tire was flat again. The said they would fix it. Two weeks after that, and the tire losing air every day, we took it back and they told us that there wasn't anything wrong with the tire. After taking it to an actual tire service center in November, they told us that the valve stem/monitoring system was leaking and that it would cost about $120 to replace it. We contacted the other dealership to see if they would replace it and we never hear from them. We were going to put the spare tire on until we got the tire fixed, but we couldn't figure out how to get it off, so my wife took the Envoy to Glenn GMC. When she explained why she wanted to swap out the tire, they let her know that they would take care of it. And take care of it they did. They took care of the tire issue, explained how to get the spare off, made sure that the spare was in great shape in case we ever needed it and they washed the car! The staff was so kind, friendly and understanding. We had purchased 2 other vehicles from Glenn in the past and have always recommended them to our friends when they were in need of a new vehicle. They really do take care of you and make sure that you are 100% satisfied, and if we ever had a problem or a question, they were always willing to help and make it right. These are amazing people! He didn't want to just sell us "a" car he wanted to help us find the car we wanted. He was very low pressure but very attentive at the same time. The dealership worked really hard to get the financing that we needed. I will definitely go back to buy a another car in the future! More
Rude, Horrific Sales Experience We dropped by this dealership looking for a used X-Terra, and figured since it was a Nissan affiliated dealer they might have some. Once we arrived w We dropped by this dealership looking for a used X-Terra, and figured since it was a Nissan affiliated dealer they might have some. Once we arrived we were quickly approached by a salesman (there was literally a group waiting at the entrance and follow your car as you pull in), who never even gave us his name. We stated that what we were looking for, mainly an X-Terra or Pathfinder but really our overall goal was to find something to haul our large dogs when we travel to competitions with them. Started out with clearly stating that not many vehicles are tall enough to accommodate the crates, and that we were still just trying to figure out what options we had. He totally ignored that we asked for. We ended up asking to look inside a few of the cars, and at one point he literally complained that he had to walk back inside more than once to get keys. We asked to look at multiple vehicles since a lot of the cars were beaten up, rusted, or just didn't fit the measurements we needed. It was also at this point that he said, "Well I think it's time to consider getting them smaller cages." No. Joke. I was so incredibly offended. To be told by this guy that we should make them uncomfortable for the sake of this guy having to do less work... I was done. I told him that the dogs are the size that they are, and that I knew that there were cars out there that would work. And in fact they had a single car that we knew would work on the lot, and we asked if we could see inside it 3 times before he gave us a story about how they couldn't find the keys with the rudest smirk he could muster. He then said that we should just trade our greyhounds, get some Chihuahuas, and basically followed us off the lot. I had heard mixed things about Glenn, but after that whole experience I will never step foot on any of the Glenn lots ever again. I felt like I was being judged for owning dogs, and was nothing more than a hassle. The guy refused to even keep pace with us as we walked around the small lot (I have a bad heart, and currently awaiting a transplant so walking is an actual hassle for me) and was simply the most rude and unpersonable salesman I've ever encountered. I would simply tell anyone to avoid all of Glenn lots, and you'd be much better off going to basically any other lot in town. More
Great deal on car, but horrible customer service Drove from Louisville, KY on September 20, 2014 to purchase a car here after doing some research online. Price of the car, 2013 Nissan Altima, was ex Drove from Louisville, KY on September 20, 2014 to purchase a car here after doing some research online. Price of the car, 2013 Nissan Altima, was excellent however the customer service was poor. Initially coming to the lot my husband and I were greeted by Mr. Harry Anthony. Initial meet and greet was pleasant I told him the car that I was looking for even gave him the ID number for the car. Before deciding to purchase, I had already secured financing through an outside source. However my husband and I decided to see what financing would be if we went through the dealer. But in the end my source of financing was determined to be a better deal in regards to interest rate. But after telling them that I want to do my own financing they still took an additional 2+ hours trying to negotiate better deals when I didn't ask. We spent a total of 6 hours to purchase a car, WAY TOO LONG. Before leaving the dealership I was told the car had to come back for a certified pre-owned inspection and that they will provide me with a vehicle while they took care of that. I informed them that I only had one key and I should have two according to the pre-owned certification requirements. When my car returned after the inspection I STILL had one key. I had to go through xxxx and high water to get my 2nd key which they kindly allowed me to have programmed at a dealership in my city. Today is October 22, 2014 and I receive a phone call from my financing company stating that they have yet to receive important documents from the dealership thus the funding has not been complete. And that they have been trying to contact the dealer but no one has returned their calls. I have try to contact the dealer on many occasions even informing the nice receptionist could she please connect me to a person and not a voicemail but what does she do, connect me to a voicemail. Nobody ever returns their messages. I don't even know if they listen to the voicemails. If I lived in the city showing up to the dealership wouldn't be a problem but I don't feel that I should have to drive 70+ miles for something that is there fault. So needless to say I am EXTREMELY angry and frustrated. I hope this review does not go in vain. I LOVE my new car but I feel that once I signed the papers ALL customer service went out the door. More

She seemed upset by this but proceeded to do paperwork for Tire Care. This was a standard inclusion and no choice was given and no price mentioned. After signing the paper, she quickly stuffed it in an envelope and set it aside. A couple of days later we looked through the paperwork very closely and figured out we were being charged $593 for tire care. We returned and Barbara did cancellation papers and assured us the money would be sent back to the bank promptly. After a couple of weeks we inquired about our refund when Deanna informed us that she never received the proper paperwork. We sent her our copy. A week later she asked us for the mileage reading on the car. Another couple of weeks later we begin trying to contact Deanna about the refund. Through the next 2-3 weeks email and phone calls to Deanna and managers were completely ignored. We finally drove back to Nicholasville (we live in Winchester) and sought a manager. This seemed to prompt a phone call a few days later when Deanna informed us the check was in the mail. Two weeks after this we see that we were refunded $508. This is $85 short of the original amount. It included a $75 cancellation fee for Tire Care we didn't want and $ 10 for who knows what. It obviously didn't reimburse us for the accumulated interest on our loan for this theft. It again has already be a week and we are being completely ignored by management again. UPDATE: After this review went up, Jared Gaiennie made sure we quickly received a check for the remaining 85 dollars from the Tire Care. More
