I consider myself fortunate to have run across Shannon Jones at Glenn Automall. We met Shannon and were very happy with the low key, easy approach he had. I do my research and am pretty close on cost and numbers, so I knew he was being very honest with us. I give people one chance to give an honest price and then I'll walk out. I don't have time to play games and Shannon is great about laying out an honest price up front. At this point, we have purchased 5 cars from Shannon over the past few years (the cars are great, we just get bored!). We recently purchased a Mitsubishi Outlander from Shannon and I think the entire process took about 35 minutes. I've dealt with the headaches at other places and simply won't go anywhere else as long as Shannon is at Glenn Auto. To highlight this, my wife really wanted a convertible and we dealt with all the typical car sales tactics at other places. I finally went to Shannon and askd him to locate us one out of state and bring it in to Glenn for me to buy...he did! That type of service and friendship has earned him loyal customers from us.
