The only issue I have is that there is rust on the car and I had to take it to the infiniti dealer up here and they said that is probably not covered but they will get back with me. When I got to Glenn my overall fear was not getting finaced. Zach spoke to their to finance guy and told me I was good to go. My experience with Glenn Auto Mall Pre-Owned was very good. I had recently been in an accident and needed to replace my car. I had not planned to buy a car for a few more years, but found myself sudden good. I had recently been in an accident and needed to replace my car. I had not planned to buy a car for a few more years, but found myself suddenly in this position. Shannon Dudasik was the most pleasant and accommodating auto salesperson I have ever worked with. She was very perceptive about my needs and preferences. Although we found the car quickly that I eventually bought, Shannon made other cars available to me to test drive. She negotiated fairly for additions I requested and explained certification to me. She stayed in touch with me over several days and kept accurate details in front of me when I had confusion over the plethora of models I had shopped online. Most impressive, Shannon did all of this running for me in snow and rain. She served my needs with positive enthusiasm rather than the pressure we expect from sales reps. I hope Shannon will be available when I need to make another purchase. I will certainly recommend her to family and friends. Gregg has also always provided excellent service after the sale and periodically calls to make sure that I am still happy with my purchase and to see if there is anything that he can do for me. I have and will continue to recommend him to anyone seeking a new or used vehicle purchase. I personally will only deal with Gregg when it comes time for my next vehicle purchase. Sales Rep took considerable time showing us the electronic components of the QX56 we bought and that was very good and the sales people were very friendly and helpful. However I felt a bit deceive electronic components of the QX56 we bought and that was very good and the sales people were very friendly and helpful. However I felt a bit deceived when during paying for the vehicle I was asked to buy an extended warranty. The vehicle was under the origianl warranty for another three years and 36K miles. When I asked about an extended warranty during the initial stages of looking at the car I was told it was only offered for $900 and only lasted 3 months, and no one ever purchased the plan and that is was not a good deal. In the Finance office during the paperwork portion of the sale I was told a 100,000 mile warranty was available but would cost $2063. If I had been told this initally I may have decided differently on what I would pay for this vehicle. I was committed to buying the vehicle as it was a Christmas gift for my wife and she was with me. I feel I was blind sided by the sales people in telling me there was only the one warranty. Why not give the full story during looking at the car. You sell the vehicle with the idea there is no good warranty available and then tell me it is available but will cost another $2,000 at signing. This vehicle was over $50,000. I should have had the opportunity of asking for the warranty as part of the negotiations on price, I was not and therefore I feel deceived. More
