Brought in my truck for a recall and check engine light. Completed the recall and didn’t not initially address the engine light issue. When the diagnostic was done I called and email several times to pick it up my truck and received no response. When I got to the service counter three employees sat at their desk on their phones browsing social media before I asked if they were too busy to help me. Overall, this dealership reminded me of why I do NOT take my truck to dealerships. I will be visiting again. More

Service for oil change is expensive. Made appointment for 10:30 but car was not ready until 2:30.
