It seems every service takes all day or longer, even when it's an oil change and tire rotation, and you have an appointment. Advisers are not great about keeping you posted on the status of the car, which is it's an oil change and tire rotation, and you have an appointment. Advisers are not great about keeping you posted on the status of the car, which is especially frustrating when they never answer the phone. They only let you know they need to keep your vehicle over night when they're about to close (even when they haven't touched your car for hours prior). On a previous service and this one, oil was dripping all over the new filter and oil reservoir. I won't be returning to Glendora Chevrolet if I can help it. More

TRIED TO CHARGE $2000 FOR UNNECESSARY REPAIRS AND DROVE MY VEHICLE OVER 500 MILES!! I dropped my vehicle off on a Friday to have them diagnose an issue I was having. It took them 5 days to get back to me. I missed their call so and they left a voicemail. I tried calling the service department back 12 times that afternoon, but nobody answered the phone. I tried to call the next day and again nobody answered. The service advisor called me back and told me my car needed a $2000 wiring harness repair. I told them not to do any repairs and I would come pick it up. Turns out the only thing wrong with it was a $20 battery cable. They tried to charge me $2000 for repairs I didn’t need! After I got my vehicle back I noticed that they had driven my vehicle over 530 miles without my knowledge or consent. This is unacceptable, somebody was using my vehicle to commute to work. They also left an empty soda can and some other trash in my car. They are not to be trusted More
We had a great experience dealing with Glendora Chevrolet. They were able to find exactly what we were looking for. Chevrolet. They were able to find exactly what we were looking for. More

The problem is lack of full disclosure. I brought my car in for tire rotation, knowing I probably needed something else with 40K driven. I was advised about other items needed, when I aske I brought my car in for tire rotation, knowing I probably needed something else with 40K driven. I was advised about other items needed, when I asked for a ballpark figure it was stated $450-$500 approximately. When given my copies of the estimate, nothing was written in (i.e. $450), Yet when I asked whey the discrepenacy at time of pick up, I was shown their workorder with $726 as an estimate. Yes, I signed the work order, but I definitely would have remembered seeing that number vs the verbal quote. That being said, if I was given the $726 quote on my copy, I would have understood and still signed for it, I knew there would be additional charges, but that was a big surprise. The estimate was so errily spot on to the final bill, that it gave me pause to wonder if that amount wasn't added on before I pick up the car. Again, I signed the work order estimate, but I don't believe the $726 was listed. 2ndly I had stated that I had the coupon(s) for a reduced fee for the tire rotation. That wasn't reflected on the final bill. When I brought it to the attention of the service rep, they had already charged my visa....so he gave me a "credit" for the next visit. But if I had NOT caught it, I would have been out the discount. Not a super large amount ($11), but still an extra irritant to the misquoted (or missed by me estimate). And finally, when paying by visa, there wasn't any signage (that I saw) on the machine or counter that stated an extra 3% surcharge would take place...yet when I reviewed my bill later, I of course then saw the extra surcharge. I could have just was easily paid with a debit card if given the option of no 3% surcharge. Now the counter was extremenly busy this day, but it was all rather rushed and dismissive of me since there were multiple customers waiting. As a final irksome note- I was told as I was leaving to make sure I gave everyone a "10" on the survey when I got it! Ok, I know reviews/salaries/etc are predicated on good reviews, but that was a bit much considering the issues that just took place. Now, let me say that I've been very satisifed with Glendora Chevy up to this point. They've serviced my BOLT in good fashion previously and customer service has been fine. It was just this combination of lack of disclosure, initially missing a discount that made the experience this time very disappointing. I will continue to bring my business to Glendora Chevy, but felt it necessary to explain my rating this time around. More
I have to begin with Joey who was a fantastic salesperson, professional and very knowledgeable, especially on the Colorado ZR2 that I purchased. My problem is with the treatment and suspect acti salesperson, professional and very knowledgeable, especially on the Colorado ZR2 that I purchased. My problem is with the treatment and suspect actions of the finance people. Went in expecting a 3.99 rate for finance, and when we got home we saw it was 5.49. The sales manager I spoke to simply played it off by saying, she explained it to you. UH no she did not! You think I am not going to remember that the rate went from 3.99 to 5.49? In the grand scheme of things, it may not appear to be much, but when it comes to trust, it is HUGE. I frankly do not know if I would send a friend to this dealership to purchase, maybe to peruse but be careful. More
