Incorrect recommendations and overpriced services The service department has changed. For over 12 years had our car serviced at this dealership and they provided good recommendations, service and cost. A few weeks ago brought the car in to have oil changed and check oil gauge erratic movement and a/c not working. Got a call and recommended to replace cluster and the whole a/c unit as it sezied and compromised the whole system. Recommended full suspension work too! The cost to fix was almost $10,000!! Unbelievable, just went for the oil change and they charged 150 diagnostic for the cluster and the a/c. Last time they did a diagnostic they charged 70, I don't know what the reason why it doubled. Long story short, I got the a/c fixed for a quarter of what they quoted!!! Be very weary folks when you take your car in for service... in fact I am staying away from now on. More
Overcharged for service Went for a oil change and November of 18 what is charged for 7 quarts of oil and the car that holds 5.3 quarts contacted Chevrolet corporate trying to Went for a oil change and November of 18 what is charged for 7 quarts of oil and the car that holds 5.3 quarts contacted Chevrolet corporate trying to get a refund of the overcharge it is now April 7th of 19 and I have not received the check on the 6th I called the service manager and the general manager in the morning and have not heard since corporate is telling me that the check is ready 2 weeks ago the service manager told me he was mailing it if you have any sense at all you will not utilize this dealership it was a one-time service I was not able to drive to Long Beach when I purchased my car to get serviced where I've had zero issues also they did not reprogram the tire sensors so now on my guide my front tires are my rear tires and my rear tires are my front tires Run Drive just do not utilize this dealership More

I was looking at a 2018 chevy cruz Glendora Cheverolet is the worst chevy dealer on the planet. On march 9 I inquired about a specific vehicle online. I was looking at a 2018 chevy cruze hatchback LT stock number 180811L with 3,418 miles for $13,750 on multiple sites including their own site at Glendora. I thought that was a great deal but there must be a catch. I spoke to internet sales manager James Gideon. He told me it was still available and I should come down and test drive. I told him it was for my son since he is going to college. I went down to Glendora Cheverolet even though it was a 45 to 60 min drive. When I got their James told me to speak to Maribel then Maribel told me to speak to Jorge Toscano. I told Jorge I wanted to talk numbers on stock number 180811L. Jorge brought his manager Abe Khalaf over and we spoke about the final numbers. We filled out all the paperwork, they ran my credit, everything you do when your buying a car. I just wasnt convinced because they explained I could not get they car for $13,750 because I didnt qualify for one of their $1000 rebates so the price would be $14,750. I told Abe I would think about it and talk to my wife. For 2 days I was getting texts from James asking me if we had a deal at $14,750 and that it was a great deal. I asked if they would split the $1000 and they said no. On March 15 I decided to accept the offer and take my wife and my son with me to complete the deal. When I get their I ask for James Jorge and Abe but I was told they were all busy, so they had me talk to a different saleman and manager. It was really wierd because they started asking me questions as if I was their for the first time and didnt have a deal structured on paper. I told them this should be extremly simple. Just get all my paperwork I filled out when we started to structure the deal 2 days ago so that I can sign it and take the car. I was told they couldn't find any of my paperwork so we had to fill them out again. I didnt think that was a problem at first until they showed me the paper with the price. The price was $16900. I asked them if this was the total price with tax and license and they said no. I immidiatley got up and told them that wasnt the price we made the deal on the told me with tax and license it would be about 19k. They told me it was because the car had lojack and that all the cars on their lot have lojack installed. I told them I dont want that and that it was never discussed as part of the deal. I told them to take lojack off the car and they told they cant. They kept telling me its still a great deal. I told them I dont care if they think its a great deal, the deal I made was for $14750 plus tax and license. They had completely bate and switched me. I found Abe and asked him what was going on and all he could say is that once another manager gets involved he stays out. That was a sorry xxx way of not owning up to the deal Abe and I made. Oh and i forgot to mention that they misrepresented their online advertisement. The advertisement said the car had 3418 miles but it actually had 4800 miles and there was no air in the tire when I test drove it the first time and I told them about it. It doesnt seem like they care about their products because when I went back 2 days later and my wife test drove it the tires had even less air and this time it made a loud noise. I should went home the minute I saw the false advertisement on the mileage. Glendora Cheverolet has alot of shady and dishonest people working their. I do not recommend it, save yourself the trouble and go to Rotolo Cheverolet. I went their the very next day and had a deal done in about 20 minutes. Rotolo is honest and safe and has very professional people working their unlike Glendora which is very dishonest unprofessional and dont care about the people that walk through their doors. 0 out of 10 on everything for Glendora Chevorolet. I drove an hour to see a used Honda Accord Sport on Saturday (10/13) and was greeted by a friendly team member David. Took for a test drive and I loved the car. Sat down with Eddie who tried to give me his best pricing and while he gave me a lot of pressure, I informed him that I would like to take a day to think about his offer as there were two other dealerships I was in talks with. Then comes Roger (assistant sales manager) and he actually gave me a very good offer, but because it was a big purchase for me I thanked him for the offer and gave him my word that I will be back next day with my final decision and I did. I drove yet another hour and they gave me the VIP appointment. You know what this VIP appointment looked like? They were short-staffed and made me wait 45 minutes in the lobby until Roger came out to finally discuss my decision. Keep in mind, I was ready to buy this car and brought my down payment as well. Then everything went south. Roger decided to change his mind on the offer he gave me less than 24 hrs ago. And it turns out, they lied about the mileage. They advertised as 6,400 miles, but it turns out it was 11,200 miles! Then they changed the offer and increased $2000! I was so disgusted by their bait and switch and no apologies were given. Their website still says 6400 miles. Deceitful, dishonest, and shady! I also spoke to Edward who is the sales manager and explained all this to him. No apologies about my experience or the very fact they lied about the mileage. I hope no customer would go through what I went through with Glendora Chevrolet. Please, if you're reading this go to another Chevrolet dealership and save yourself the headaches. More

Within a minute of walking onto the lot and telling them what I was interested in, they were grabbing keys, opening doors, and rolling cars off the showroom floor for me to test drive. This is in sharp contrast to experiences myself and my friends have had at other dealers, where we were once refused a request to open the rear hatch on a Corvette on the showroom floor, so that we could evaluate the potential of the car to carry my musician friend's keyboard. Chris B. and Rashad's product knowledge was total, and they answered all of my questions about the vehicle and process completely. You will not find the usual price padding tactics here that I have seen at other Chevy stores in the area. No $100 nitrogen fills (isn't air 78% nitrogen?) or dealer-installed security systems that you never wanted and will not protect your car anyway. And no dealer markups of thousands over sticker. All applicable rebates and discounts were applied, and I paid for what I wanted. No more, no less. Leslie in finance is a no-nonsense professional who tells it like it is, and leverages her extensive experience in car finance to get the best rates and terms for the customer. ALL of them stayed late on a Saturday night/Sunday morning to get my deal done and get me on my way in my new car. Their honesty and commitment was like a breath of fresh air.
