We brought it in for a noise in the front and I payed my employee's to sit and wait at the shop to pick up the truck because it was to be loaded for that coming Monday and when we called and called and called we where told that it was being worked on!!! but when we got there at 5 pm on Friday we where told that we need the fuel system to be flushed right now for $1700 or if we waited it would be $2500 later! we brought it in for a break problem and noise and your company never checked anything. We where told when we were there that all the cars and trucks that we could see have been waiting for weeks for parts and certified mechanics to have time to work on them. And when I said forget it I was called buy a sales person on site asking me if I wanted to trade in my 2016 truck because of its miles, it only has 48,000 miles on it. WOW WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND WHAT A SCAM YOU GUYS ARE RUNNING THERE!!!! More

When I arrived I spoke with rolondo of the service department which I have spoken before on another service visit he assisted me with the information that I needed and took my vehicle in right away department which I have spoken before on another service visit he assisted me with the information that I needed and took my vehicle in right away and within a couple of hours I was back on the road with very minimal down time I trust glendora chevrolet with all my service needs and rolondo deserves more than 110 percent. Shady We were told Mobile One oil would be used, it was not. We also had two oil changes done with two vehicles that should have been the same price. The invoicing is not clear and has different misc charges on each. We were charged a line item for tire rotation of $25 in which we did not authorize or want. When we questioned it the manager told us it was included for free with the oil change, but couldn't explain why the line item on the invoice stated "$25 tire rotation". We have lost faith in all Chevrolet Dealers and their shady practices. More

I confirmed EVERY detail with the sales rep via phone and texts and told her this is what I am willing to pay. I got the KBB from my trade-in confirmed. I went through EVERY line of the price to confirm what I would be paying THEN I told her I would be driving an hour to get there so A. the car had to be there and B. this is what my payments and price will be. She told me yes 100% the car would be there and this morning I drove from Burbank here to discover A. The car was sold and B. when they found a comparable care they WOULD NOT HONOR THE PRICE I WAS GIVEN then while they were wasting my time trying to get me to pay $100 more than I was quoted I get a text from the sales woman saying" good news the car is still there and ready for me" WHICH WAS 100% A LIE. They kept wasting my time for another hour "trying to make it work" only to be told AGAIN THEY WOULD NOT HONOR THE PRICE I WAS GIVEN. DO NOT GO HERE, THIS IS A SCAM BAIT AND SWITCH DEALER. I've wasted my entire morning of my one day off and have NOTHING but aggravation to show for it. More
Transmission test drive May 2019 Vehicle was left at service to be checked for a noise problem and had 3/4 tank of gas. Next day, I was told that they had driven over 90 miles and found no problem! My TRUCK was returned to me with less than 1/4 tank of gas remaining and a new steering problem, which had developed. I found this out as I was driving home from the dealership. Driving home, the whole truck was shaking and the steering kept drifting to the right. I do not know where they were driving but this is not an OFF-Road vehicle! GLENDORA CHEVROLET WILL NOT BE SEEING MY BUSINESS AGAIN!!! More
Incorrect recommendations and overpriced services The service department has changed. For over 12 years had our car serviced at this dealership and they provided good recommendations, service and cos The service department has changed. A few weeks ago brought the car in to have oil changed and check oil gauge erratic movement and a/c not working. Got a call and recommended to replace cluster and the whole a/c unit as it sezied and compromised the whole system. Recommended full suspension work too! The cost to fix was almost $10,000!! Unbelievable, just went for the oil change and they charged 150 diagnostic for the cluster and the a/c. Last time they did a diagnostic they charged 70, I don't know what the reason why it doubled. Long story short, I got the a/c fixed for a quarter of what they quoted!!! Be very weary folks when you take your car in for service... in fact I am staying away from now on. More
Overcharged for service Went for a oil change and November of 18 what is charged for 7 quarts of oil and the car that holds 5.3 quarts contacted Chevrolet corporate trying to Went for a oil change and November of 18 what is charged for 7 quarts of oil and the car that holds 5.3 quarts contacted Chevrolet corporate trying to get a refund of the overcharge it is now April 7th of 19 and I have not received the check on the 6th I called the service manager and the general manager in the morning and have not heard since corporate is telling me that the check is ready 2 weeks ago the service manager told me he was mailing it if you have any sense at all you will not utilize this dealership it was a one-time service I was not able to drive to Long Beach when I purchased my car to get serviced where I've had zero issues also they did not reprogram the tire sensors so now on my guide my front tires are my rear tires and my rear tires are my front tires Run Drive just do not utilize this dealership More

I was looking at a 2018 chevy cruz Glendora Cheverolet is the worst chevy dealer on the planet. On march 9 I inquired about a specific vehicle online. I was looking at a 2018 chevy cruze hatchback LT stock number 180811L with 3,418 miles for $13,750 on multiple sites including their own site at Glendora. I thought that was a great deal but there must be a catch. I spoke to internet sales manager James Gideon. He told me it was still available and I should come down and test drive. I told him it was for my son since he is going to college. I went down to Glendora Cheverolet even though it was a 45 to 60 min drive. When I got their James told me to speak to Maribel then Maribel told me to speak to Jorge Toscano. I told Jorge I wanted to talk numbers on stock number 180811L. Jorge brought his manager Abe Khalaf over and we spoke about the final numbers. We filled out all the paperwork, they ran my credit, everything you do when your buying a car. I just wasnt convinced because they explained I could not get they car for $13,750 because I didnt qualify for one of their $1000 rebates so the price would be $14,750. I told Abe I would think about it and talk to my wife. For 2 days I was getting texts from James asking me if we had a deal at $14,750 and that it was a great deal. I asked if they would split the $1000 and they said no. On March 15 I decided to accept the offer and take my wife and my son with me to complete the deal. When I get their I ask for James Jorge and Abe but I was told they were all busy, so they had me talk to a different saleman and manager. It was really wierd because they started asking me questions as if I was their for the first time and didnt have a deal structured on paper. I told them this should be extremly simple. Just get all my paperwork I filled out when we started to structure the deal 2 days ago so that I can sign it and take the car. I was told they couldn't find any of my paperwork so we had to fill them out again. I didnt think that was a problem at first until they showed me the paper with the price. The price was $16900. I asked them if this was the total price with tax and license and they said no. I immidiatley got up and told them that wasnt the price we made the deal on the told me with tax and license it would be about 19k. They told me it was because the car had lojack and that all the cars on their lot have lojack installed. I told them I dont want that and that it was never discussed as part of the deal. I told them to take lojack off the car and they told they cant. They kept telling me its still a great deal. I told them I dont care if they think its a great deal, the deal I made was for $14750 plus tax and license. They had completely bate and switched me. I found Abe and asked him what was going on and all he could say is that once another manager gets involved he stays out. That was a sorry xxx way of not owning up to the deal Abe and I made. Oh and i forgot to mention that they misrepresented their online advertisement. The advertisement said the car had 3418 miles but it actually had 4800 miles and there was no air in the tire when I test drove it the first time and I told them about it. It doesnt seem like they care about their products because when I went back 2 days later and my wife test drove it the tires had even less air and this time it made a loud noise. I should went home the minute I saw the false advertisement on the mileage. Glendora Cheverolet has alot of shady and dishonest people working their. I do not recommend it, save yourself the trouble and go to Rotolo Cheverolet. I went their the very next day and had a deal done in about 20 minutes. Rotolo is honest and safe and has very professional people working their unlike Glendora which is very dishonest unprofessional and dont care about the people that walk through their doors. 0 out of 10 on everything for Glendora Chevorolet.
