My husband had an appointment at 2:30 on Monday, October 18th for service on his Silverado. After arriving and going inside he advised he had an appointment. No one came up to him for 25 minutes. Michael was his contact but neither him or the female employee working at the time bothered to even acknowledge him. I took my car in on Tuesday morning for a diagnostic and oil change. On Thursday after I had been calling they finally told me what was wrong with it and the cost to fix it, I said forget it, don’t do it, i oil change. I ask to pick up my car and Rolando tells me that he needs time to ‘put it together’.. ok?.. 🤨 pick up my car Friday and there’s a bag of chips in the passenger side, my gas tank was completely empty (I had about half a tank when I took it) and the car has 20 more miles on it. Yet they write on their paperwork that no miles were placed on it, really?? With half a tank of gas missing and 20 extra miles I see on it??? What in earth do you people do with our cars after hours?????!!! Soooo unproffesuonal!!! I will be filing a complaint More
There something VERY Wrong with this dealer, their service department is terrible, they don't call you to tell you whats going on with your car, and you call them, they never return your call, also ev service department is terrible, they don't call you to tell you whats going on with your car, and you call them, they never return your call, also every time I brought my car in for service something else would be wrong with the vehicle a week later, I brought the car in for a oil change and 60,000 mile service and $900.00 2 weeks later I notice fluid in my driveway, I take it back they said it know needed a new oil pan because it was leaking, I thought how funny that every time they work on my car something gets broke,on top of that 1year 7mos ago they had fixed the oil pan,said it was resealed, now it leaks after the recent oil change, also my warranty has expired, so I told how does a part that is only over a 1 1/2 that was fixed is leaking again? then was told that is was was plug and they wear out. I've had cars for over ten years and never once had a oil plug problem, now they want to charge me $600 more just after I paid $900 to fix, also this went on for 2 weeks, they had my just sitting there,they said they were waiting on the warranty to see if they would cover this, after 2 weeks they finally called me yesterday and told me all this, I told them no way,that I was picking up my car right now, I complained to the service dept how awful I was treated,, and also the manager the the service was horrible, was told sorry you feel that way, no apologies. I told them I would never go to that dealer again. I wish I had read all the negative views on this dealer, I would have never gone there, I'm trying to find a resource that would do some kind of investigation on this dealer, they seem very shady on their services, they are not an honest business, they lie a lot. so get this I took my car to a regular mechanic and he said the oil pan is leaking and does not look like it was ever repaired, and the oil plug is fine, so yep they LIED!!!! Don't go to this dealer, very crooked! More

🚫This place doesn't honor Capital One pre-approved offers. They get you there then tell you they can't honor the offer you presented them with when you walked in. We were there 2 hours they tried to R offers. They get you there then tell you they can't honor the offer you presented them with when you walked in. We were there 2 hours they tried to RIP us off with our trade in offering 1000 less than Kelly's bluebook trade-in offer. They offered us payments double our pre-approved offer with putting down half the cost of the vehicle. This is not our first time using Capital one auto pre-approved financing and each time we got the exact same offer.This dealer is trying to take advantage of customers beware. The sales lady name was Paola. When we asked for our keys back for our trade-in they sent another sale person to try and convince us they we should accept their offer to RIP us off. That took another 20 minutes. Buy a Chevy anywhere else. Claudia called us back the next day and tried to offer us a deal with a 5 thousand dollar mark up. When we said the only offer we will accept is our Capital one pre-approved offer, she hung up in our face. Beware of this dealer. You don't need anything so desperately that you should accept just anything. Everyone deserves to be treated like a valued and appreciated customer. I informed Paola that I had a pre-approval from Capital One Finance and she smiled and said "yes we work with Capital One". She then said let's start information for the new car and behind my back she went to the finance department and ran my credit. As I was waiting for her to let me know about my trade-in, I was alerted by Capital One that a hard inquiry had hit my credit report bringing my transunion score DOWN 5 points. It was all done with out my consent or knowledge. I have purchased all of my cars from GMC owned dealerships. This really made me lose my trust for American dealerships, I am very disappointed in the general manager who tried to offer me $9,000 for a car that Car Max offered me $17,600. The general manager also said that small SUVs like trax are not sellable, way TO sell Chevy!!! Out of a general managers mouth, WOW!! I can see now why the parking lot had no customers shopping there. Be very careful when shopping for a car there, they show no respect for people trying to give them business. It was a terrible experience. GMC should step up their management they are unscrupulous. More
