I’ve been taking my 2018 pathfinder to this dealer for the past year and a half never had an issue until recently they changed my lower control arms and ball joints I let them know a few days later that t the past year and a half never had an issue until recently they changed my lower control arms and ball joints I let them know a few days later that the truck kept veering to the right so then I took it in on Saturday September 16 and they did an alignment which I paid for and he said it was good to go. I drove it home, which is about 15 miles. I got home. Call them spoke to ana my service advisor and let her know what was going on right away She was defensive, saying that the truck was fine and 100% safe and there was no way that it was driving bad after the alignment and only driving 15 miles home,I told them something wasn’t right and that my new tires were getting uneven wear, she then proceeded to tell me that I could take the truck back, but I need to pay 170$ and also have to pay for a loaner therefore I needed to wait two weeks to come up with the money since I’m a real tight budget with limited income . Anyway, she then proceeded to put Juan the technician who worked on the truck On the phone which he also had an attitude and said that there’s no way the truck was not driving well I proceeded to tell him that I still kept veering, and he was noticeably irritated. So I took the truck back after I was able to gather up the money which was September 30 and as when the tech juan and I were walking up to the truck for the test drive, he noticed the left driver side tire facing inward And right away he said that wasn’t right and they shouldn’t be like that and that there’s no way he let it go like that two weeks prior,right away he was trying to avoid getting held accountable for anything even though I had spoken to him two weeks ago and letting them both know about my problems with the truck so they kept my Pathfinder from Saturday until Wednesday, October 4 and supposedly fixed it now but the issue now is that my two new tires I had in front or completely wasted and basically useless I told Ana and my wife spoke to Jim, the manager, which he wasn’t much help at all because right away, they denied anything being their fault and said that they will not be replacing my tires which were new-may I remind you again, I would like for them to make it right, and at least replace my two front tires that got warned out within two weeks because of the crappy job they did in the first place I’m gonna have to find another Nissan dealer which is unfortunate, because I have been coming to Glendale Nissan for a while and I will not be recommending this dealer to anybody I know. More

Manny is the BEST. He is the only one I trust to take care of my vehicle. He is honest and trustworthy. Whenever I come in he makes me feel at ease instead of making me feel as if I am being taken for a care of my vehicle. He is honest and trustworthy. I am very disappointed with 3 yr warranty. I purchase a two year old with factory warranty once it got hot the AC wasn’t working. They advertise the car as cold AC. Worst Service ever got from service repair Took my car in for service and they broke my car and did not take any liability. The technician did not know what he was doing. HORRIBLE service & STAFF Svc for oil change; Edgar Felipe advised us battery need replacement & will take add'l 15min. He never came back to us after that. 2.5 hours later, when we approached him, he stated he's completing paperworks. While we caught him talking, laughing out loud, doing other things in the midst of this. Does paperwork should take 1.5 hours to complete on a service? If that's the case, the system has to be improve since the service didn't take that long. HORRIBLE experience! They came out with all LAME excuses. Bottom Line, customer waited because they were doing something else other than attending to their duties. I felt like we were pushed over because of our nationality and/or we have a loyalty service through them and discouraging us to use it. Your service was graded poor because of your Service Advisor, Edgar Felipe!!!! More
