They did a good ol’ bait and switch on me. Called an hour before leaving home (took me an hour to get to this dealer) and they assured car was available. Get there, and was told: “we sold the car last night I THINK”… liars, unprofessional, unethical, and cowards. Peter couldn’t even tell me to my face that he lied to me, sent out another salesman (sergio) to talk to me. Sergio proceeds to try and sell me a car… as fake as his gold chain was…. More
Visited there because the dealer had advertised vis Cars. com a number discounted Nissan Rogues. When I got there, the sales rep showed me a bunch of full priced Rogues and gave me some xx that they were disc com a number discounted Nissan Rogues. When I got there, the sales rep showed me a bunch of full priced Rogues and gave me some xx that they were discounted but "dealer add-ons" brought the price back up to MSRP. I left in five minutes and bought a Rogue a hour later at another dealer where they did actually more or less have the discounts they had advertised on cars.com More
I wish I could give zero stars. That’s how bad my experience was. This is my own opinion…DO NOT BUY A CAR from this dealership. I bought a Nissan Rogue from here - and after driving it for a few years, the transmission died. Apparently, there had been a class action lawsuit against Nissan for the transmission. Also - my warranty had expired one month before, and Nissan did NOTHING to help me. NOTHING. I even contacted the Nissan corporate office (located in Tennessee) over a period of 3 weeks, reaching out to customer service (and others at Nissan) to request financial assistance (as I had been informed they have a financial assistance program to help with car repairs like mine), since I didn’t have the money to pay the nearly $8,000 repair bill. They didn’t care that I couldn’t bring my car in (due to major health issues) when I first noticed issues with the car. They didn’t offer any discount on repairs and provided zero financial assistance. I received no help at all. My opinion - stay far, far away from Nissan - and this dealership. They kept giving me different salespeople, and for some odd reason they all kept getting my name wrong. The Nissan general manager offered to “make this right” when he heard my account about the transmission dying, then provided nothing to make it right. It’s the worst experience with a business I’ve ever had, to date. More
I'm an IDIOT for not looking for reviews on this Dealership. I ended up paying more for a lease than to purchase the car. I felt pressure and rushed to sign papers - I just wanted out of there! BE Dealership. I ended up paying more for a lease than to purchase the car. I felt pressure and rushed to sign papers - I just wanted out of there! BEWARE -I found out. that I can't purchase the leased car when the term is over in 18 months - so that means I paid over $14K to lease a Leaf - I could have purchased a great car with that money. Point your nose to the wind and get outta there! More
This dealership sold an $18,000. 00 car (msrp) with the highest apr to my homeless brother. He basically walked into this dealership, homeless, and they dug up his old work history and sold him a car that my older son looked at the loan, it's such a ripoff, he could own a Tesla for what he will pay for this Ford. They have no shame, they faked his records and found an old job and added that to his loan to show income, he hasn't worked in years, now he is stuck with this overpriced, not too great, Ford. What do I do? The life of the loan, and the APR is ridiculous, apparently some twins (helped) him.... pathetic, what people will do for money!! More
The person who has been contacting me for weeks, George, just sounds shady over the phone. He does not hear what you are saying, what your concerns are, he just wants to get you into the dealer so he can st just sounds shady over the phone. He does not hear what you are saying, what your concerns are, he just wants to get you into the dealer so he can stare at you blankly in the face after you tell him why you think it’s a better idea for you to walk away. I told them my current predicament, and why it was not feasible for me to get an electric car that runs only 70-80 miles while I am displaced from home temporarily, due to emergency renovations for extreme weather, and they said “there are charging stations everywhere, you could plan out your trip home and to work”; he did not hear/see me as a person. Why would I want to take on the stress of a car that does not make sense for my temporary situation? Why would I want to add more to my routine when I am temporarily going through a hardship? I get paid grants in a few weeks, so I figured I’ll wait until I’m in a better spot, and I politely declined viewing the car, but that did not matter, they kept attacking, like sharks; after I opted out of communication, they still kept bothering me! Told me everything I wanted to hear: “don’t worry about a down payment, don’t worry about insurance, don’t worry about not getting qualified, we have specials going on, almost 99% of people get qualified,” but of course all of these fantasies are just bogus phrases of sweet talk to get you in the door. I found the same car at a dealer 40 miles away, with a third of the mileage. They asked me to pull it up on my phone so they could look at it; xxx? They then took my phone, acting like COVID is not a thing right now, putting their hands and fingers all over my phone; I don’t know where their hands have been. They then said the less used car at the other dealer probably has frame damage, it probably is a lemon, it’s probably too good to be true, but they expected me to pay that same exact price for the same vehicle with an additional 90k in mileage on it? George’s superior then got all pouty, dismissed himself, and told him to give me his business card without even having the courtesy to look me in the eye, say goodbye, give a better offer, or simply say sorry that we could not close a deal. How disrespectful and unprofessional. I felt like I was buying drugs and a crime boss told his underling to get me out of their face because I wanted a better deal. It felt like a bad dealership in a movie, I am not exaggerating. They. Do. Not. Care. About. You. They also tried to put me in a 2017 with 100k miles on it, which is a worst offer than the 2011 I looked at with 120k on it. Again, these people could not give one xxxx about me, only the sale. More
