Excellent Customer Service I bought a used Volkswagen from Glendale Hyundai and Robert Parker was very helpful with finding the car and taking it for a test drive. Right after I bought a used Volkswagen from Glendale Hyundai and Robert Parker was very helpful with finding the car and taking it for a test drive. Right after I had finished signing all the paperwork and I picked up the car after the free detailing, the EPC indicator light on the dashboard came on. I brought the car back and Ricky Peters and Arbi Melikian handled everything for me, having the service department take my car to a Volkswagen dealer since they didn't have the appropriate diagnostic equipment in house. While my car was out they gave me a loaner car (a much nicer and newer Hyundai that what I had bought). They fixed the issue at no additional cost to me, even though they were under no contractual obligation to do so. I would absolutely recommend this dealer for anyone looking for a used car. More
