First person to greet me was not able to address my issue - hatch didn’t open hig The first time, about 7 months ago I was not impressed with service. First person to greet me was not able to address my issue - hatch didn’t open high enough. Said that’s the way it is. Service person who checked me out gave no explanation as to what service was provided, made limited eye contact, and was expressionless. Since location is convenient, gave it one more try. I can’t say enough about the young man service manager (Harout?). As I was explaining to the person who greeted me about the hatch issue, before she could respond the service manager took charge, told me he’d find the fix. He tried but immediate resolve didn’t work. He assured me he’d find a solution before I came back. He did, even showing me how it was fixed when he checked me out. He was courteous, helpful, and made me feel like a valued customer.. the kind of service I expect was delivered. More

milking you with unnecessary charges The oil and filter change was more expensive than on other service center. They said I needed wipers, wipers are just fine, Hello! is a new car. They The oil and filter change was more expensive than on other service center. They said I needed wipers, wipers are just fine, Hello! is a new car. They told me I needed to change the brake light. Break light was just fine, I double checked and there was no need to change a 1.00$ bulb for a 40$ charge. They also wanted to charge me almost 50$ for rotating the tires. Total rip off. I bought the car in Vermont Hyundai which their service dpt was really good. That Vermont dealer turned in SAGE Hyundai and then the service was horrible. I was trying out Glendale center, but with this experience I will never go back. It's frustrating buying a car from a company and then have to deal with this problem and unsatisfactory experience for service. Might as well do the service in another NON-Hyundai service center. Jorge de Los Rios was very nice, and went out of his way to help me even though he was on Sales and not service. He was very informative and even printed some papers on some random question I asked about the 100,000 m warranty. Service dpt. was very poor. More
