Extremely poor follow up & cause of stress for all customers I brought my vehicle because of an issue with the engine and for something that could’ve been handled within 2-3weeks took 1+ month! The whole time I I brought my vehicle because of an issue with the engine and for something that could’ve been handled within 2-3weeks took 1+ month! The whole time I never received any follow up and had to call multiple times in order to hear about just the diagnostic alone! After such frustration from the neglectful practice and poor service of Glendale Hyundai, I had to take matters into my own hands and contacted headquarters. I have a neighbor who had the same experience at Glendale Hyundai for an even minor car service and is the reason why I’m taking the time to write such a negative review for such horrible service. Such poor service from the Glendale location is a huge disgrace to the Hyundai brand. More

Arlene was great. I was promised 3 oil changes when I purchased the car. The new owner would not honor that commitment. Arlene was a great ambassador of the dealership. The service was performed very quickly and Arlene even brought my car out herself so I wouldn’t have to wait long. She was terrific. If only the owner wasn’t so short sighted. I won’t be back. More
