Pretty Decent service I've been coming here for all of my 2012 Genesis Sedan's maintenance and have had good and bad experiences, no shop is Ever going to be perfect, or co I've been coming here for all of my 2012 Genesis Sedan's maintenance and have had good and bad experiences, no shop is Ever going to be perfect, or complete your repair or basic maintenance in a timely maner. However these techs do the job right the first time and that is why I keep coming back, the pricing for services however, keep going up every time I come in for Maintenance so it's starting to make me want to maintain the car my self since I do know how to do simple things like changing the oil etc. There are some services that are way over priced that are very easy to do like changing the cabin air filter yearly or replacing the intake filter as well. I can't mentioned the price I was given for that as like I mention before the prices for service just keeps going up every time I come in. I'm sure every dealer shop is like this and the only reason I keep coming is because my car is still under warranty and there are rules that need to be followed in order to not good your warranty. How ever once that warranty is finished I will most likely just do the work my self and save some extra cash. Now remember it's not a bad place to bring your car in for service, I am just giving my input on time it takes for the job to be done which in my case was over 2 hours for a full synthetic Oil Change and the cost of maintenance which I was able to get about 9 dollars off on the oil change price. More
