Talking with Bill on the phone even before I came down to the dealership was a very pleasant experience. He seemed to very caring and didn't pressure me into idems that I didn't want on my vechle. I purchased my Mitsubishi Outlander from another company in another state. This past Thursday was the second time I have been to this dealership. All of the people we (my wife and I) had contact with at the dealership were so friendly and answered all of our inquisitive questions. They even washed the car! The coffee bar was great!
