I contacted the Gilleland salesman about this looking for a reimbursement on the approx $500 repair bill and was told he would have to get approval. Zero communication from the salesman or the business manager on this matter since that initial email. We have bought two vehicles from Gilleland and based on this latest matter it's probably the last time. After reading other negative Gilleland reviews, this type of business behavior is what everyone can expect from them. More
