It took some time and bringing my car back in to find out what the issue was. it went from the fuel pump to fuel pump and converter (which had just been replaced so I am not sure how much I believe this one what the issue was. it went from the fuel pump to fuel pump and converter (which had just been replaced so I am not sure how much I believe this one) to getting charged for an oil change I never told them to do. My car is in working order, so I felt the stars were average, but honestly, I feel taken advantage of. They sell junk cars. I had bought a new truck that I had ordered in 2021. The process didn’t go the smoothest, I don’t think anybody’s did during the vehicle shortage, bu I had bought a new truck that I had ordered in 2021. The process didn’t go the smoothest, I don’t think anybody’s did during the vehicle shortage, but my truck sat there at Gilleland for another three weeks after it arrived with issues mechanically/mechanics. The second vehicle I bought was a used Honda Odyssey, 2010.But I had problems with two days after driving it off the lot. Misfire codes, and hesitation. I had it fixed at Honda in Luther Honda after calling them and letting them know that there was issues. They said all they could do is give me 20% off of parts to fix it. Throughout the next couple months, nothing but problems changing spark plugs, Breaking down, tour charges, rental cars ,and a catalytic converter . I Looks like I’m holding the bag. Most car dealerships offer a five day or 2000 mile warranty with any vehicle. Make sure you find that deale,r I would not shop here. Very disappointing with customer service. And the management here. I brought the van back in recently to possibly trade it off to get maybe half of what I put in but they didn’t go for it. I went elsewhere. I will never go back to Gilleland Chevrolet. More
