I would not do business with this dealership again nor would I send anyone there. I bought a 2019 Ram pickup from them, paying over 40K. It was a fast deal but that shouldn't matter. I'd like to know businesses are going to be honest and forth coming with the their customers. After buying the truck I found damage to the tailgate that will eventually rust. I was hopeful they would make it right but when I called to advise them of the damage I found, their response was "if we take car of every little blemish on a vehicle we would have to raise the price". Keep in mind this vehicle was OVER 40K. After signing paperwork I didn't get a copy of anything I signed. I purchased many vehicles in the past and never have I left a dealership without the paperwork that I've signed. However I figured since I did my financial part with my bank it was just the way they did things. I did get a bill of sale though. I drove the truck home and found the side mirrors were not working properly. I take it to another dealership and low and behold they tell me I'm out of warranty. WTH. That's not what the dealership told me. 3 yrs / 36k miles. Nope, it goes by the sale date of the 1st owner not the year of the vehicle. So even though it's a 2019 with 25K miles I'm out of warranty because the 1st owner bought it in 2018. Shame on me for not knowing that. I called the dealership to see if they could help me out with the mirrors, they said no of course but they can sell me an extended warranty. Now someone please tell me why I would give them any more of my hard earned money. No I didn't buy the extended warranty from them I bought it from another business. I'm gonna get in touch with BBB and Fort Rucker to see about getting them Black listed. I've never seen such unethical business practices before. It was so disappointing. Delivery of the vehicle. They did not clean the inside. At least wipe the interior down, get the old coffee drips off. The windows were dirty as well. I had to clean the interior when I got home. Again shame on me, I should have gone to a dealership in Dothan. More
