Service included Not very friendly, didn’t go over any other issues with my vehicle. No wash or vacuum. Last month i bought brand new front tires and the rear tires also needed to be replaced but i couldn’t afford them yet. Really seems like the form was pencil whipped. Yes it was free, but only because I bought the car from them, so that was factored into the purchase price. I guess after 2 years the free part really means minimum service. More

Good Service I've worked with the service department roughly 10 times. I've never had any mechanical issues related to a service. I have had to do repeated visits I've worked with the service department roughly 10 times. I've never had any mechanical issues related to a service. I have had to do repeated visits for the same issue, but it was due to a factory defect. They always take care of my needs. The only improvement I would suggest is they slow down and pay attention to detail more. A car wash would be nice when they leave greasy finger prints on glass and body. Overall good experience. More
