New truck with all kinds of problems! I have a 2017 Colorado duramax z71 and I have had it in to the dealer 4 times in 8 months for problems. Rough idle. Squeaking noises. They have not fixed a single issue! I have even gone as far as to show them videos of the sounds and problems and they still can’t figure it out! I baby this vehicle! Never been off road! Never towed! Not a scratch inside or out! Saying that my experience has been frustrating is an understatement! last time I told them I wanted them to buy it back or to get into a newer vehicle. This of course excited those guys! They said that because of my issues they were going to give me a screaming deal on a new truck and my trade in. HAH! Their offer was $2000 under blue book for my trade and full price on a new truck. This dealership is a joke! Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Seriously! More

Ordered and Installed license plate brackets and plates. I moved from Indiana to Tacoma in May 2019. I finally got plates for my car, but didn't have a front bracket as they are not required in Indiana. I ca I moved from Indiana to Tacoma in May 2019. I finally got plates for my car, but didn't have a front bracket as they are not required in Indiana. I called Gilchrist since I had some previous work done here. The Parts Dept has to order the front bracket and thought it would be there in 2 days. It didn't come for 9 days, but that is not their fault. Gilchrist called me to set up an appt for installation within 2 days. They are always busy, but there are comfortable to and quiet waiting area with water cooler and coffee/tea available. I feel they completed my work within a reasonable time. All staff were friendly and efficient. More

We went to waiting area, as we were told it would be an hours wait. After being there more than an hour Dave came and informed us that they did not have the recommended oil vehicle required, and that they would have to go out of dealership to purchase the oil. He asked if we would like to reschedule, (we live 90 miles away), to which we said no. We waited another hour. Than when it came time to get car, some lady told us our car was there, meaning garage and that we could go get it, Found that strange. Finally another man who heard this exchange informed us he would go and bring it outside for us. All in all not a good experience. More
