Devon was great however the over all experience was terrible. I picked up my vehicle now for the 3rd and it still had issues took it back was told someone would look at it in 20 minutes max and that di terrible. I picked up my vehicle now for the 3rd and it still had issues took it back was told someone would look at it in 20 minutes max and that didn’t happen, an hour later when I asked for a rental to go back to my job it was a major issue. The lady issuing the rental car was extremely rude a coped an attitude with me while doing the paperwork for the car. When I brought the rental back to get my vehicle was told again 20 minutes till it was ready which turned into 2 hours and then was shuffled out the door quickly cause it was closing time. Very unimpressed with the service I received! Management wasn’t any better. Some serious changes need to be made. More

Went in for a door handle replacement.
