Total rip off Service is awful, prices are OUTRAGEOUS!!! Sales staff is unprofessional and owner is clueless. They finally admitted something was wrong but won't honor warranty even though I complained from day one. Had my explorer in for service and they wanted 3 times the repair cost that I paid from a local mechanic. STAY AWAY More

But no credit history is the unintended result and it's no help when getting a car loan. So ... For starters let me say that I was treated with respect from the moment I walked through the door. That usual feeling you get when entering a car dealership (like you've just walked into a wolf den) was nowhere to be found. No pressure and nothing but polite smiles and helpfulness from folks just like me. And Then: "Jack" went overboard looking for a lender who would work with me. Even after he found one that would give me an acceptable rate he kept looking until he found another that would give me 60 months and 0.00% APR ... AWESOME! I've been trying to buy a new car for over 6 months I finally felt as though somebody was on my side ... that's what true salesmanship is all about! I drove my 2013 Ford C-Max off the lot last night ... and they stayed open late just to make sure I could! Thanks guys - great job! Pete More
Incompetent slobs. That is the best way to describe this dealership. Over the past 2 years, with 2 different Vw's I have had so many problems and issues with this dealership. Between their supposed mechanic dealership. Over the past 2 years, with 2 different Vw's I have had so many problems and issues with this dealership. Between their supposed mechanics not listening to my complaints, not fixing my car properly, breaking/scratching pieces of my interior (then arguing with me, saying it's my fault), staining the whole interior up with greasy hand prints.. I've had enough. The car in service is a 2013 Jetta tdi with LESS than 4,000 miles on it. They have put gouges all over my dashboard from what looks to be a screw driver, stained all the trim with grease, didn't even put my car back together correctly, didn't fix the initial reason it was in for service (whistling hvac and a sunroof that needed adjustment). Instead broke my car, stained it up... Then the service manager argued with me, saying it wasn't their fault. The "mechanic" said that the soft touch dash has to readjust its self to being taken apart...My dashboard is hard plastic with scrapes and gouges. Did they even open the door? Complete incompetency. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT ever go there for service. You will have nothing but regrets and extra frustration. More
They replaced my differential 10 months ago. MY pinion bearings and seals went. I took it there and they denied replacing any bearins or seal which isnt covered by warranty. Just the clutch assembly the service manager said. Everyone I spoke to with knowledge told me they almost certainly did replace bearings because its part of the replacement kit. I took it there originally knowing it will be more costly but wanted it done right. I was wrong. I had a very experienced mechanic do the work and he said there are new bearings in there and the front one was over-tighten causing it to fail. They will tell you anything so they dont have to take responsibility. .I bought 2 new vehicles from them but not again. They should keep to over-priced oil changes and warranty work. More

It has been awhile since I purchased a car. I found Jack and Pete both to be very professional salesmen. Pete is very knowledgable of the product and I would recommend him very highly. Buying a car a Gilboy was a great experience. Getting my first complimentary service, was however, an entirely different experience. Everything went fine until I asked them about a scratch after i picked up first complimentary service, was however, an entirely different experience. I had asked them to check the cover of the tow hitch on the front bumper and had inspected it myself prior to leaving the car. After I picked up the car, the paint had been peeled back next to the tow hitch. The manager insisted that this was there when I dropped off the car but I am one of those people who freaks out when a new car gets its first scratches. I inspected the entire car prior to dropping it off and this was not there. I didn't want anything but for them to regain my trust.. admit that they had screwed up when they were inspecting the issue hat I had reported. I plan to go back to pick up my replacement part for the initial tow hook cover that was broken but after that I will not return for any service. I would recommend them for sales but watch out for service.. I'm sure that they are ok but if something does happen they probably won't own up to it. More
I stopped in to look at a used car. The salesman relunctantly gave me a test drive. He acted as though it wasnt worth his while unless he could sell me a new car.
