On my last visit, things fell apart. There was a great difficulty in communication as * The primary Service Tech was off for the day; * The SUPERVISOR was off for the Day; *The Phone op There was a great difficulty in communication as * The primary Service Tech was off for the day; * The SUPERVISOR was off for the Day; *The Phone operators had no way to communicate with service; * The SALES FLOOR could not get someone to walk over and ask someone to call me. When I finally connected, it seems my car was not a first priority and it was 2 pm before anyone knew enough to proceed. I was given a rental car, but I had to go get it and return it. The car was fixed properly, but, again, clear communication was not available. Also, I again state that I feel insulted to be asked to pay a Credit Card Service Fee on repairs that are charged by book value that certainly includes Overhead Costs like the Credit Card Fee. It makes your business look cheap and uncaring and it forces me to ue more risky payment methods that come without ant protections. You should rethink your decision. More

Upon arriving, a salesperson assured us they had a suitable car available. We took a test drive, and my mom instantly fell in love with the vehicle. However, when we sat down to discuss pricing, the cost skyrocketed with financing, and nothing was adequately explained. It all felt rather shady. We decided to leave to think it over, but they seemed reluctant to let us go. They promised a better deal, which was tempting. They handed us a stack of papers, took our down payment, but then informed us that we couldn't take the car because the insurance office was closed. My mom and I spent five grueling hours there, without food or any real progress. It was all about promises of a great deal. Disheartened, we left empty-handed. The next day, we received a text saying they needed more time to process things, and we reluctantly agreed. The following day, when we reached out to them, they didn't even bother to reply. It felt like they were looking down on us, as if we didn't deserve their attention. The lack of professionalism was staggering. In a last-ditch effort, my mom and I returned to the dealership, only to be told they needed more time and offered us a completely different car with higher interest rates. It seemed like they had sold the initial car and were trying to convince us to settle for something far less appealing. If you're seeking a good deal and professionalism, I strongly advise against going there. We left the place feeling utterly empty-handed. More
