Gettel's word is important to them! ! We saw a used car we wanted to look at online. We drove down from Tampa to look at and test drive the car. Jeff was friendly and helpful (at this ! We were there late filling out paperwork; but nobody complained. The car was not ready to go that evening; so we left feeling great about the dealership and our choice. After we got an email that the car was ready, we drove down from Tampa only to find out that it really wasn't ready. We were told that because of the unnecessary drive, we would be sure to have a full tank of gas when we really got to pick it up. The next weekend we actually got to pick the car up, without the full tank of gas and without the customer welcome kit in the Gettel Advantage packet. We are aware that it "only" a used car, but we left with a relief that the experience was over. *****After the review... I would like to update my review. For us, the gas/kit wasn't the most important thing, it was that they hadn't done what they said they were going to do. After being made aware of our experience, we were contacted by Gettel . They called to apologize and to ask if they could make the situation right for us. To us, a person's word means something and apparently it does to Gettel too. While everyone gets busy and things happen, the fact that they went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied customers means something. In our opinion, this shows just how committed they are to customer satisfaction and keeping their word to the customer--willing to go the extra mile. Now, we are happy we shopped there! More

Joy was fantastic, the vehicle I had originally come to see was in the body shop but she was able to find an even better truck for us. Lots of great inventory and professional staff. I enjoyed the salesperson (she seems knowledgeable and more than willing to help me find what I wanted ) who helped with my purchase . However, I did not like pressure from all involved . As well the negative response when I insisted on having someone from my financial advisor resources help me with the decision on numbers. Also, I am still trying to make time to get over there to talk to the SALES department as SERVICE says there is no way they can take enough time to go over my need to have some of the car's features explained again as the look at car and purchase decision took place within a 24 hour period. There was little time to pick up car and get home to a previously scheduled appointment. Everythng was quite rushed and sales woman's covering car features we part of the prelimnary showing of the car Sunday afternon. I had to make an appointment to fine someone to counsel me about how to adapt my cell phone (an Android which few seemed familiar with) to car's features - as well as Toyota auto downloads. Not an effortless process and I still have much to cover to learn about the car. Pat Prescott More

My experience with Gettel Toyota of Bradenton was not very pleasant. I was told the person I was texting with was not a sales person. I gave that person a complete breakdown on what I wanted including very pleasant. I was told the person I was texting with was not a sales person. I gave that person a complete breakdown on what I wanted including the stock number of the vehicle. Advised that I did not want to put money down. I was told that vehicle was sold and that they did not have any similar. I was sold a color that I really do not like and I paid more than I wanted to. This will probably be the last time I deal with Gettel. I placed a call the person I signed the lease documents with because I did not received the code to pull the documents from my email. I still have not received a call or a return email. Where is the customer service? An when I was finished the signing the documents I had to search for the vehicle to return home! More
