I went looking for a use car at Toyota. I totally enjoyed the experience at Toyota. The sales representatives was friendly and very knowledgeable. While the initial purchase experience back on November 4th was not unpleasant, (I did end up buying a vehicle I wasn't really seeking to buy after all) I had some reservations and questions concerning the specifics of what I was getting and what kind of care I should expect from Gettel as a Scion owner. At his expressed invitation, I met with General Manager Jeramie Snelling along with Finance Manager Matt Burriss to review aspects of my November purchase. Their professionalism, care and helpfulness exceeded my expectations and gave me a tremendous sense of confidence not only in the quality of Toyota products (vehicle and various warranties) but also a peace of mind that I will be taken care of with this and any future product I invest in through Gettel. Gettel's customer appreciation/feedback session and subsequent follow up has been stellar (5 out of 5). Any doubts or concerns I had have been replaced with assurances of quality and professional care. Very cool. It was nice to go to a dealership where they didn't attack you as soon as you opened your car door. Travis was extremely helpful and had alot of knowledge about the vechicle we were intrested in. Working with Hector V., it was excellent service from start to finish. Test drove a new Sienna and was able to make a good deal on the demo model the same day. Never felt any pressure to buy, we worked the numbers a few times with the new vehicle and trade-in to where all parties involved were satisfied.
