Great people to work with, was not pressured as my wife was not sure about buying leather seats or not. in 2008 we purchased a 2009 toyota corolla le ,the financial mmgr. told us that he had comtacted our credit union to finance the car but when we contacted the credit union that day for another matter financial mmgr. told us that he had comtacted our credit union to finance the car but when we contacted the credit union that day for another matter we were informed that in fact gettel toyota never contacted them at all. being upset about gettel lying to us we went there to return the 2009 corolla and the contract (not 24hrs later) and get back the 2007 we had traded in. they told us that the 2007 had already been delivered to a buyer. i'm sure that was another lie but at this point a lawyer would be needed to rsolve this matter. we could'nt afford to do this so we kept the 2009 (what else could we do?). we agreed to never do business with gettel ever again. on july 1st 2011 we recieved a call from rob williams (sales assoc.)for us to come in to see if we could get 0% intrest on our loan with them which is at 9%. it got to go there and after an hour or so (we informed rob that we didn't intend on buying a new car at this point because we're in the market for a house purchase and being prequalified couldn't buy anything to alter the prequalify deal. even after telling him (rob) that he said he would do whatever it to to lower our interest rate. after an hour or so the new car sales manager approches with a new car purchase deal to lower our interest rate exactly what we didn't want .this put us over the edge and to be sure we'll never buy or send anyone to gettel toyota or any of they're other dealerships ever. THAT'S FOR SURE!!!! gettel should be dealt with properly be the TOYOTA company , but i'm sure they'll let them go on liing to thery're customers as they have inthe past. whatever it takes to sell a car (lie,cheat and steal) only the consumer gets hurt. Do not live in local area me and my family were visiting the beach, when our Toyota Tundra had to be towed. Bought a new 2009 Tacoma from Gettel that came with the dealer-installed daytime running lights. The option consists of having the turn signals run continuously. Unfortunately, the light enclosure is not d dealer-installed daytime running lights. The option consists of having the turn signals run continuously. Unfortunately, the light enclosure is not designed to handle that much continuous heat and it is melting from the inside out. When I asked to get the dtrl option turned off and to restore the vehicle to the way Toyota designed it I found they want $90-100 to fix the problems caused by an option they charged me $40 for in the first place. If I have to pay 2-1/2 times the the original price to fix a problem caused by GettelI am definitely not going to let Gettel have the money. I don't think I will ever set foot on that lot again. Buyer beware, they do not stand behind what they sell. More
Every employee we came into contact with from the time we stepped on the lot until we walked out the door with the keys to a new Camry was amazing. Our sales associate, Nuri Reed was so attentive to our every need from the moment we sat down she brought us coffee and sat and listened to what we wanted and she got everyone on board to what needed to be done, she went and found my red camry with "a moonroof that I wanted and she drove us through the lot to check on other colors just to make sure that we had our car. From there she turned us over to Matt and Tristen in finance. They made it a painless experience. From there we were escorted to the waiting area while the car was gassed up and detailed. All the while Nuri kept watch on us making sure we were comfortable offering coffee and water and food. When the car was ready she escorted us out to the most beautiful car I had ever seen, going over everything on the car with us. But they just didn't close the door and send us on our way. The manager himself came out and made sure everything was satisfactory to us. They made us feel like we were the most important guests in their home today. We would highly suggest to anyone looking for a new or used car to see the wonderful people at GEttel More

The reason "why" we gave this rating because it was true ! Rob and Jeremie went above and beyond "normal" dealership behavior. Matter a fact Rob's Wife had brought him his lunch.
