I was clear that my past experience with other dealers were not honest, especially where financing was concern helpful when I visited Getttel Toyota. I would have walked out if I was felt I was not given the truth or lied to about my good credit score and their loan rates. I knew the vehicle I was interested in and Mr.Vega explained the differences between the models and the options. He took his time to answer all my questions and explain the difference in pricing options. All in all, I was satisfied with the experience. The only part of this that I was not completely satisfied with was my trade in price. I felt that was low and Gettel could have done better with that. I would recommend Hector Vega and Gettel to others but would recommend a potential buyer to do their homework and shop around first. These are big decisions. All in all, I was satisfied; Hector is a good salesman and I hope the service department also operates with the same good standards. More
