The internet sales girl was wonderful but that's where the professionalism and customer service stopped. They somehow managed to transfer the wrong car's registration and tags in the process of trading a car (they traded the information from another car without even checking to make sure it was the right car) - it was complete incompetence and lack of thoroughness which has led to an absolute headache in trying to get it straightened out with the DMV, not to mention we have to pay registration twice. Despite over a dozen attempts to contact them and straighten out the mistake, they did not listen and did NOTHING to correct the situation. All we got were unprofessional excuses and "we'll get back to you". We will never buy from the dealership again and advise car buyers to stay on them to make sure he doesn't screw up your tags and registration also. More

She discussed the problem I had experienced with my car, invited me to wait, and then kept me informed of the diagnostic procedures being undertaken. As it turned out, no repairs were necessary -- always good news! Joanne was knowledgeable, very responsive, and provided me with the results of the diagnostics. We found a used Highlander through AARP True Car and called for an appointment. The guaranteed rate was honored without question. The car was as described and in pristine condition. The only complaint was that we had preguaranteed financing but it still took over three hours to get through the finance people and the paper work They were understaffed and we spent an hour and a half just waiting. There was also quite a bit of pressure (3 separate sales pitches) to purchase the warranty protection which we had made clear at the beginning we did not want. We are very happy with the car and were treated very well by Henry. More
