The only complaint was that we had preguaranteed financing but it still took over three hours to get through the finance people and the paper work They were understaffed and we spent an hour and a half just waiting. There was also quite a bit of pressure (3 separate sales pitches) to purchase the warranty protection which we had made clear at the beginning we did not want. We are very happy with the car and were treated very well by Henry. More
