Disappointed I recently had my 2006 Toyota 4 Runner in for service, 5/13/2016. I had oil change, tires rotated, wipers replaced all around, new headlamp. During I recently had my 2006 Toyota 4 Runner in for service, 5/13/2016. I had oil change, tires rotated, wipers replaced all around, new headlamp. During the recent tropical storm, I found that after my service my back window wiper and washer do not work anymore, and that the service technician did not refill any fluids during the service, ie., windshield wiper fluid, as I found today, that my windshield wiper fluid is gone. They obviously did not fill the fluid at the time of service. Let alone that the back wiper does not work at all now since my service. I have been a Toyota owner for over 25 years and have only had my vehicles serviced at Toyota Dealers. This is the first time that in those 25 years that my fluids were not topped off/refilled, as part of the 27 point inspection. Makes me wonder what other fluid levels were checked and not topped off or refilled, like transmission fluid, brake fluid, transfer case oil, etc. You were very quick to recommend me to do preventative maintenance items costing around $2000, and try to sell me a new car, but can't even top off/fill my windshield wiper fluid and make sure that the rear window wiper and washer were in working order at the end of the service visit. More
