Paint work done in collision center. Damaged a different area - requires me to bring it back. Interior dirty - they cleaned it. Seat belt didn't operate correctly - took 2 times to fix. Turns out the battery cable was loose and the terminal cover off. Fortunately didn't fall off the engine. More

I Didn't originally speak with Steve my paperwork was handed over to him. No courticy Wash provided Tire pressure not checked I Was told it would be an hour and 15 minutes no problem with that. The issue with the wait time is that car set ready to go for over 35 minutes I when I finally got the chance to talk with Steve he was short said he was only one person and since I was in a hurry, I could go ahead and take my car and he would figure out the paperwork later since he hadn't started it yet More

Another great job done by Auto Butler and service. Car was serviced properly and very clean. The phone attendant went out of her way to notify service I would be picking up late. ??
