Only one person could answer any questions? The estimator. Very frustrating and not kept up-to-date. I was told approximately 10 days for my car and it took 25!! Doesn't seem to be enough help. Also my car had good size scuffs & scratches from your center and I had to wait longer than necessary again for someone to look at my car and then get it buffed. Who wants to take a car in to have body work done only to pick it up with more body work needing to be done? All in all disappointed with my service. More

Roberto Aguilera was our salesman who was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He showed us vehicles that we were interested in and stayed with us all the way through the process of the knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He showed us vehicles that we were interested in and stayed with us all the way through the process of the sale right down to the end where he even programmed the Toyota App that allowed us the use the vehicle navigation feature to guide us home to Hudson Fl. We inquired by phone about a few vehicles that were listed on their website and were referred to Alex Alvarado(Sales Manager). Alex convinced us to make the 1 1/2 hour drive assuring us that he would be able to find the right vehicle at the right price range. Once we explained our needs, wants and budget Alex searched his extensive inventory and found just the vehicle that fit our needs perfectly. Alex oversaw the entire process and ensured we were more than satisfied to the very end. We can’t say enough about what a pleasure it was working with Roberto Aguilera and Alex Alvarado at Gettel Toyota of Bradenton Fl.
