Loved Brittany, unfortunately due to behaviors of others I cannot recommend Gettel to anyone else. I only have one issue. I picked up my new RAVA on Sat. 12-16-23 I left the dealership and went to the grocery store. Finished shopping. And when I came out of the store it I picked up my new RAVA on Sat. 12-16-23 I left the dealership and went to the grocery store. Finished shopping. And when I came out of the store it was raining, I tried to activate. the rear hatch, it would not open by now I am wet and so are my groceries. When I got home I called Nuri and she had me come to the dealership on Su, 12-17-23. She explained that it had not been set up right. Everything is good now and I Love my RAVA. More
