Very disappointed in the way my purchase and trade was handled and the financing was completed. I agreed on a vehicle and price but did not receive either and did not receive a phone call explaining anyth handled and the financing was completed. I had to make numerous calls and send emails and even had to use a different phone to get through to speak to someone because receptionist wouldn’t answer the phone. Very unprofessional. Would definitely not recommend them or any other Gettel dealership. They are full of gimmicks and add-ons to pad their pockets and try to make it look like they are giving the customer a deal. More
