I had to replace my battery and Sabrina initially sent me back to advanced auto parts where I got the inappropriate battery, but it turned out. I had to come back to Toyota to have you install the correct ba back to advanced auto parts where I got the inappropriate battery, but it turned out. I had to come back to Toyota to have you install the correct battery. But AAP gave me pretty much a full refund, so except for the extra trip to bradenton, I was very happy With my treatment. I got some modest discounts so I felt OK about that too. it was still quite an expensive operation. Excellent service. More

I took my RAV4 that I had recently purchased privately into Gettel Service for an oil change since I didn’t know when it had been serviced last. I was surprised to find out the previous owner had purchase into Gettel Service for an oil change since I didn’t know when it had been serviced last. I was surprised to find out the previous owner had purchased an extended service contract and that my oil change, tire rotation, and inspection would be done at no charge to me. James was pleasant, professional, courteous, and very helpful. I needed to purchase and have programmed another key fob and key for my recently purchased used Toyota Highlander. He was able to take care helpful. I needed to purchase and have programmed another key fob and key for my recently purchased used Toyota Highlander. He was able to take care of that request and also provided a ride to and back to my home as the wait time for service was up to two hours due to the busyness of the service department yesterday. My Uber drivers were great, and my key fob was done in less than the max estimated time. Two thumbs up to James, what a fantastic employee! He made me feel valued as a customer and had me on my way in no time. Thank you thank you thank you James! More
