After going to the Venice Nissan for an oil change bc of a coupon, I had an experience there that made me feel like I was at a tire kingdom working with an associate who worked off commissions. The Venice associate told me that a part of my braking gear was leaking and that it would cost $600 to fix it and I should do it asap. I did not trust him so I waited awhile and brought my car back to you for a second opinion. I believe it was Jeff who helped me out but he explained to me how the Altima's braking mechanism had something wrong with it and it wasn't leaking. I still don't really remember everything he told me but he fixed my problem and I was very satisfied. He went out of his way to help me out and save me the $600 I would have spent in Venice. After my experience in Venice I will never go back there even for a 9.95 oil change. I feel lied to and deceived. Because of the honesty your dealership has shown me over the years, I will not hesitate on getting all future work done there. Thank you for your honesty and respect for someone that does not know everything about cars and taking the time to explain everything. More

As a woman buying a car by myself I'm careful who I deal with. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Hank and I felt so comfortable as he asked me questions as to my car purchase. He took the time to find out what I wanted before we moved forward. He then introduced me to a salesperson he thought I would be most comfortable with as I then found out he was the General Manager of the store. That was a first!!! He introduced me to Chrissy who was the nicest and most pleasant salesperson I have ever dealt with. She relayed to me that Hank was new to the store and was trying to make it a better place to do business than the past. I purchased my car that day and I left with a different view than what I went in with. Hank and Chrissy, Thank you for treating me like family, I will never buy a car anywhere else except GETTEL NISSAN!!!!! More
I wanted to post a review thanking Rob Kinnie for all the lose ends he has tied for me. He did everything he possibly could for me when I had my car serviced at Gettel Nissan and I really appreciate it. My c lose ends he has tied for me. My car was difficult to diagnosis because the mechanics weren't given any codes to find out what was wrong with my car. The mechanics ruled things out one by one, and were able to find the cause. Although it wasn't easy for the reason being the parts would fail intermittently. The next problem was who was going to pay for these failing parts. The extended warranty I took out told me they weren't going to cover the costs because we couldn't prove to them that the parts had actually failed since no codes were coming up. Rob Kinnie took care of this for me and got my extended warranty to pay for the costs. I am so thankful he went above and beyond for me, and I want others to see how awesome of a dealership Gettel Nissan is. It's reassuring to know I found a dealership in which I can put my trust in. More

I went to the dealership explained I need to trade in a vehicleI still owe $12200, I didn't have a cosigner, and no money down. I gave all my info before I started looking at a vehicle. Robert is wonderful!! He greats me at my car, knows me by name, and opens my door for me. He makes the service appointments tolerable. My wait time is always normal to short. Mr. Kinnie took care of me as soon as I walked in the door. He listened to my problem concerning my new Nissan truck and took it seriously with no questions asked.
