Dealership provided an inaccurate estimate of the cost for work, the actual price was nearly triple. Dealership stated they rotated the tires but I had marked the tires ahead of time and all of them are for work, the actual price was nearly triple. Staff was not very friendly. There were bugs all Over the floor in the sitting area. The sitting area was uncomfortable. The area were snacks were provided was filthy. Was disappointed with the final sale/pickup of the vehicle. Granted I only bought a used vehicle but they wanted another $300+ for a second key after I paid sticker price and didn’t haggle with my tra vehicle.
