I had to be very patient with them I found a 2008 Jeep Wrangler online, I went to the dealer to test drive it and fell in love. I worked with a sales person to get the sale going on it. Between the sales person and finance manager I had next to no calls from either of them letting me know I was having trouble getting financed for it. I had my father co-sign for me, and once again I was the one who had to reach out to them to see if I was able to buy the Jeep. The sales process took about 4 days, in that timeframe a few things needed to be fixed on the Jeep. The back head rests were missing, and the tire pressure sensor was bad. Instead of fixing it during the days that I was waiting they had me bring it back to them after I just bought the car, (I live and work 45 minutes away from them). To top it off within 2 days of owning the Jeep the check engine light came on, (the car wasn't state inspected yet). The check engine light ended being an issue with the emissions, so I then had a rental car for almost 3 days while all these issues were being fixed. By then I was very upset with the entire process with the dealership that I spoke with the owner. He apologized and told me he would have the Jeep delivered to my work. I agreed, but when I left work that night the tire pressure light that was supposed to be fixed by the Jeep dealership down the road from them was on again immediately when I turned the car on. Once again, I was extremely annoyed it needed to be fixed again. I told them I would bring it to the Jeep dealer right down the road from me so that I wasn't in another rental or having to drive the 45 minutes back and forth. They agreed to pay for the repair wherever I brought it, Come to find out they had placed a bad sensor to replace the already bad sensor. Finally no lights are on, but I am still waiting on the head rests to be sent to me. The thing is though I would recommend them because they actually fixed and paid for everything this Jeep needed (especially with it being used). They understood they screwed up from day one and they tried to make it up to me and correct each issue and they actually apologized sincerely. Being in a sales position myself for work I was hoping for better customer service without them having to make up for it in the end. I've bought many cars from dealers who showed better customer service, but when something did happen they told me off, which this dealership never did. I don't expect every sale to go the way it did for me, but I recommend being patient with them, especially if you are buying a used car from them. More

Run run run from this place. Have done business with this family business for over 22 years. The bottom dollar more important then the loyal customer. Shame on you sons that have taken over. Treat customers like people and not be greedy owners. Disgusted. We went to lease a car, the process was so easy and pleasent. The entire staff was great. Our daughter really liked the experiance, and wants us to buy her a car there when she turns 16. I will be proud to drive such a beautiful vehicle and keep the Gervais Ford licence plate cover.
