Easy and friendly auto buying experience I had been driving a basic Ford Fiesta that my son originally purchased from Gervais back in 2012. After he moved into the city in 2013 I bought the car off of him. But recently I was growing tired of its lack of amenities and decided it was time to upgrade my ride. I had been considering a new Focus because I like the styling of the newest models. On a Thursday evening, I met my wife at the dealership and started talking to John Gervais. He had me test drive a Focus while he had my Fiesta appraised. But then I thought of the idea that maybe we should lease a new car for my wife while I take her car (a 2011 Escape) since she does not drive as much as I do. So then we test drove a 2017 AWD Escape which was very nice, especially the heated seats! Even though John was able to give me an excellent price on the new Focus, I thought that we should have an AWD vehicle in the household, and with my trade and incentives, the lease payments on the Escape where reasonable. I had never leased before and John explained all my options with no pressure. We slept on it and Friday I decided that the lease would be the best course for us. Since I was at work, my wife went into the dealership Friday and sat down with Gloria to start the paperwork. Everything was in place so that Saturday morning I could sit down with Jason Catalano, business manager, who explained all the options on the lease and after signing I was able to drive away with the vehicle. This is the fourth car that either I or a member of my family has purchased from Gervais, and every time the purchase went smooth and painless. More

Frustrating This is the third time in with the car for the same problem. I realize its an intermittent issue but why doesn"t the on board computer keep a history This is the third time in with the car for the same problem. I realize its an intermittent issue but why doesn"t the on board computer keep a history of the problem when it occurs? Looks like its a Ford problem and not a dealer service issue. I have left the car for 12 days this time in the hopes that it will happen while being test driven by the dealers techs. The alarm bells go off and the dash board lights up saying that my ABS and AWD are shut off. If that happens its a very unsafe situation when on the road so I am hoping that this gets fixed. I am holding off on any recommendation until this problem is fixed. Again, maybe Ford should get involved if the problem is not found and fixed. More

WOW, it was Friday afternoon, he s I am a worry wart female senior citizen. My front headlight went out. I called the quick lane and spoke with Lou. WOW, it was Friday afternoon, he said he was there until 7pm, he would make sure it was fixed. At 630pm I was still at work, called Lou and told him I was running late. He said come on over. He and his staff fixed my front headlight, two tail lights. Safety number one issue. He has a wife and daughter so he knows about keeping their cars safe. That is why Gervais is my dealership for cars and service. I am family and they take care of me like I am family. My tires also needed air to be added, Lou and his team just did what needed to be done, to keep me safe, and my vehicle running properly.. Just the comfort in knowing that they are truly there for me, makes driving and maintaining my Ford easy. They are just one phone call away. More
