He was easy to get in contact with throughout the day and very relatable, like an old friend we have known for years. Our favorite part of the whole experience was getting in the actual car before driving it home and having Ian show us and demonstrate for us every little part of the car--you can tell he studies these cars and knows his stuff. We will easily recommend Ian and Bill Gray to any of our friends and family and will utilize Ian and Bill Gray for all of our future car needs. More
