The day I arrived at Germain Toyota, Rafael Crespo and Bryan Ruggiero made the experience of buying the previously agreed upon new car and selling my Corolla a seamless endeavor. Both, Rafael and Bryan were very professional and accommodating. They listened to any concerns and answered all my questions I had patiently. And that extended even beyond the sales experience. Don’t go to this dealership to have routine maintenance work done unless you want to stay there for several hours.
