Roberto Perez spent time with me the day I bought the car helping me to get familiar with the various functions and set up my account in the Toyota app. He also checked back with me several times when I kept complaining I didn't have the sale documents (apparently this was someone else's responsibility) and finally sent them to me himself to make sure I got them.
