One of the employees was so helpful and kind. I wish I could remember their name but almost all employees at this location are awesome. I do recommend doing business with them! Efficient, polite, knowledgeable, friendly, and advisor was very detailed in his explanation of my car’s condition. He definitely is an asset to the dealership. 😊 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ was very detailed in his explanation of my car’s condition. He definitely is an asset to the dealership. 😊 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ More
I would have given the dealership five stars, but I have deducted two stars. I would like to start by saying the purchasing process was a good experience and the salesman was very helpful and understanding deducted two stars. I would like to start by saying the purchasing process was a good experience and the salesman was very helpful and understanding of what I was looking for. The reason I deducted two stars is due to negligence on whoever installed my windshield wipers. Day two of owning the vehicle was the first time I dealt with rain and to my surprise when I turn on my windshield wipers the blades flew off the arms. I had my kids in the car and I could not see in the middle of traffic and had to pull over. luckily, they fell in the hood area underneath the windshield and I was able to retrieve them and reinstall them correctly while get soaking wet. I’m normally not the one to complain, but it really upset me in the moment and put me and my children in an unsafe situation so I thought I would share. More
This dealer has some of the slowest and laziest people working in their service department. The communication to waiting customers is all over the place. Sometimes they yell your name, sometimes they text working in their service department. The communication to waiting customers is all over the place. Sometimes they yell your name, sometimes they text you, sometimes they call you. But it's never told to you what it's going to be-so good luck (and ironically they want you to use your phone-see my notes on connectivity below). If you're coming here for service expect to take the day off from work because you'll be stuck there for three hours+. Most Toyota dealers who sit in the middle of no-where and can recognize that as such (as this sits on the Bonita Springs and Naples line [this is not Naples]) offer free loaner vehicles or curtesy rides for long appointment stays. Unfortunately their drop-off radius doesn't get me to my home because I actually live inside the City of Naples and it's too far away. Meanwhile their rental cars are expensive and most of the time they don't have any to offer. Also-I'm pretty sure they don't have a car wash here because in the automated texts they sent it states that "Our carwash is temporarily out of service. We apologize for the inconvenience" - they've even gone as far as having a massive sandwich board in front of their desk that is ALWAYS there based on how it looks that states this. Funny thing is, I can scroll up on this text thread and see that this is just a part of all of their texts. Mind you, they do nothing to make up for this. Most dealers will at least partner with a neighboring car wash place to then provide washes (and there are PLENTY of them around here). Spend over $600 on work and can't event get a car wash. Clearly it's just driven by greed. This place clearly cuts corners and doesn't care about customer experience. Speaking to which-their Wifi is slow as xxxx and this location is a one bar dead zone for Verizon. Trying to work from this location is a nightmare and I absolutely dread it. Toyota needs to allow another dealer to go in ACTUALLY in Naples and label this one as Bonita Springs. Maybe they'll actually hire people who can think through very simple processes (like basic communication expectations) and customer experiences. More
