He is extremely knowledgable of all of Toyotas products, very down to earth guy who actually listens more than talks! He never pushed for the sale, answered all of our questions but most importantly was able to get us in the vehicle we wanted in the price range we were interested in. This was by far the best experience I have ever had when purchasing a vehicle and it is no wonder he has so many sales awards on his desk.
