Excellent Follow Through We recently purchased an off-lease RAV 4 from Germain. At the end of completing all the paperwork we learned that only one key had been secured from We recently purchased an off-lease RAV 4 from Germain. At the end of completing all the paperwork we learned that only one key had been secured from the prior owner. There are often issues that arise with the purchase of every car - new or used - and this was one of them. The sales manager Vernon West wanted to try and secure the second key from the original owner since a new key to this vehicle would run approximately $500. That price isn't a typo. Vernon ended up driving to the prior owner's house on two different occasions after the prior owner gave him the wrong key the first time. The follow through on Vernon's part was frankly above and beyond what we were expecting. We know this was a time consuming process and we wanted to acknowledge Vernon's efforts. We would recommend this dealership for a used vehicle. More
