Love it! He was very polite and professional and didn't have a typical pushy car salesman personality. We had experienced that type of salesman the day before at another dealership and that made us leave that particular dealership. Anthony worked the best possible deal for us and was great to work with. He didn't rush us to a decision and made the process of buying a car very easy and simple. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car at Germain Toyota. Adam Golden was the finance manager and he was very pleasant and easy to work with as well. He also made that part of the buying process as easy as possible. Both gentlemen demonstrated excellent customer service. More

Inspect your car before buying! I LOVE my 07 Toyota Rav4! I know I bought it as is. The ac worked fine everything seemed in working condition, HOWEVER in less than a month the ac c I LOVE my 07 Toyota Rav4! I know I bought it as is. The ac worked fine everything seemed in working condition, HOWEVER in less than a month the ac compressor went bad and I noticed a tic in the brakes. I took it to Tires Plus and they replaced the ac compressor and the front brakes to the tune of $1658. They said the struts and shocks need replaced too for $361 but I'm not doing it right away. It would be nice if Toyota examined their cars better before selling. I should have taken it to a mechanic first. More

Disappointment Very unprofessional. I went in to finance with my bank. The finance man crossed my bank name out to put in their inhouse finance company "capital one" Very unprofessional. I went in to finance with my bank. The finance man crossed my bank name out to put in their inhouse finance company "capital one" after I have signed and left the dealer. I did not even know this until I called my bank to find out why I did not receive a statement after almost 2 months. My bank have approved the loan at 2..%. Interest. Germain toyota in house loan is at 6...%. When inquired on why the changed, the salesman said, my bank took to long to process the loan. I then went to my bank the loan officer said, "they approved my loan at 2...% however the dealer never sent any other info beside the application for the loan. I called the dealer so many times to speak a manager about what had happened with my transaction no one came to the line until I gave up. Liar liar. Do not trust them. Not sincere at all... More
