Great body work! I was scare to find out how much it was going to cost me, after checking in other two body shops, and taking into consideration that Germain Toyota i I was scare to find out how much it was going to cost me, after checking in other two body shops, and taking into consideration that Germain Toyota includes a lender car. The choice was very easy, Germain Toyota of Naples were my best choice. I was also lucky to find Alex Depew that is an excellent person, and understands consumer needs. Thank you to everyone that worked in my car as if it was a new and expensive car. After the great , and detail oriented work my car now looks expensive and new. More

My service adviser, Alex DePew, was very professional and courteous. Although it was a very supper busy occasion, he still mange to make the best out of it. When I drove away I felt very comfortable and satisfied. Customer service - satisfied, Staff friendliness - excellent, comfortable waiting area with snacks and refreshments,... unfortunately I can not say the same about their prices. (definitely overpriced) . Other than that, is great! More
