I am very pleased that the car was exactly as described. We flew down to Florida from North Carolina the next day. Mike met us at the lot, and I performed an inspection, and then we went for a drive. There was no pressure. We could go home with another car, or simply walk away. The deposit was fully refundable. Marcus Veiga conducted the closing where we signed all the paperwork. Marcus had everything ready, and we did not have to wait at all. Marcus even texted us the next day while we drove home to make sure everything was alright. Paul Columbus called me the following day to confirm that we were pleased with our car. This dealership knows how to treat people. We will come back when we are ready to buy another car. I have a new car and was in for an oil change.after 3 plus hours I noticed my car was put into the garage presumably finished. I inquired and as told that the service was finished and they just had to do the paperwork . I didn't have to pay because the service was free.an hour later still waiting for paperwork. More
