POSITIVE FEEDBACK ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE WITH SA " DAWN SLANEC" I HAVE A 2007 TOYOTA CAMRY LE THAT I OWNED FOR OVER 5 YEARS ,LATELY THIS YEAR I REALIZED THIS BABY WAS CONSUMING ENGINE OIL A LOT,LAST SEPTEMBER I DRO I HAVE A 2007 TOYOTA CAMRY LE THAT I OWNED FOR OVER 5 YEARS ,LATELY THIS YEAR I REALIZED THIS BABY WAS CONSUMING ENGINE OIL A LOT,LAST SEPTEMBER I DROVE TO GERMAIN TOYOTA OF NAPLES TO TAKE CARE THIS ISSUE ,WHEN I GOT THERE I WAS INTRODUCED TO DAWN SLANEC VERY NICE SERVICE ADVISOR ,I EXPLAINED TO HER WHY I BROUGHT MY VEHICLE IN THAT DAY,SHE ASKED ME TO HAVE A SEAT,WHILE I WAS WAITING FOR HER TO COME WITH THE ESTIMATE TO REPAIR THIS OIL CONSUMPTION ISSUE FOR ME ,INSTEAD SHE CAME BACK WITH GREAT NEWS FOR ME ABOUT THIS ISSUE WHEN SHE TOLD ME THERE IS A SOLUTION FOR THIS PROBLEM IF QUALIFIED MY VEHICLE WOULD BE REPAIRED AT NO COST TO ME .THEY SEALED MY ENGINE AND ASKED ME TO RETURN BETWEEN 1100 TO 1300 MILES .WHEN I RETURNED TO THE DEALER THIS PAST OCTOBER THEY FOUND MY VEHICLE WAS CONSUMING ENGINE OIL EXCESSIVELY,THEY GAVE ME A RENTAL UNTIL MY VEHICLE HAS BEEN REPAIRED AND READY TO PICK UP.NOW ,I GOT MY BABY BACK,DRIVE VERY SMOOTH AND NO MORE SMOKE COME OUT OF THE EXHAUST ANYMORE,I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THE WORK AND VERY DISTINGUISHED TREATMENT I GOT FROM *DAWN *HIGH FIVE ALSO TO THE TECHNICIAN BEHIND THE BIG DOOR WHO PERFORMED AN EXCELLENT JOB .THANK YOU* DAWN* FOR YOUR KINDNESS AND YOUR PROFESIONALISM,KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE MAKE BIG DIFERENCE AND SAVE OTHERS FROM SPENDING MONEY WHEN THEY DID NOT HAVE TO.NOW I AM GERMAIN TOYOTA LIFER COSTOMER. Went back on their word I love my car but the team at this location promised the first oil change free on my used 2013 Camry I went to go do just that and I went early before I love my car but the team at this location promised the first oil change free on my used 2013 Camry I went to go do just that and I went early before the due date for the oil change they said the same thing again then when I went to actually get it changed they said it is not in writing it's not valid so I don't appreciate that oh and another small thing no jack in my trunk which you would assume a 2013 Camry from a big dealership would have. I offered $380 less than their actual advertised price.. which isn't really the price... they are dishonest on the advertised price, because they add on a lot of extra fees... Ive never dealt with a dealership before that was so unwilling to work a deal with a customer... totally disappointed with their dishonest practices... if they say something is for sale at $8500 they really mean $9500 plus... what a waist of my time. More

Excellent Service rep - Brian our service work was performed in a very timely manner. Your service representatives Dawn helped us secure a claim with Progressive Insurance that we were told by our agent would not be covered. ($4500) We almost paid this bill until Dawn encouaged us to call Progressive direct. After our conversations with them Progressive agreed to pay the total cost!
