My first Florida car I recently acquired a new vehicle from Germain Toyota. I'm new to the area, but have been a Toyota customer for decades. The Tundra I brought with me I recently acquired a new vehicle from Germain Toyota. I'm new to the area, but have been a Toyota customer for decades. The Tundra I brought with me from Ohio wouldn't fit in my garage, so I traded it in for a new, smaller car. I was met at the door by my salesman, Marco, who showed me several vehicles as options for my replacement. I settled on one, test drove it, and sat down to work out the details. Marco was awesome from start to finish. No pressure, just professionalism. To top off my experience, I had unknowingly stumbled into a promotion that was going on for which I was rewarded with a new, 55" flat screen tv! It was a total surprise and fortunately well timed as I have just moved into a new home! Long story short, I'm well pleased with my experience at Germain Toyota of Naples. Everyone I dealt with was top-notch. More
