FAILURE TO HONOR SERVICE SPECIAL AS TOLD BY ADVISOR 35,000 mile service requested January,2016. They suggested front end alignment, which I agreed to. I advised Mr Estes I had an online/electronic serv 35,000 mile service requested January,2016. They suggested front end alignment, which I agreed to. I advised Mr Estes I had an online/electronic service "special"(coupon) from my local Toyota dealer in Massachusetts., He agreed to honor it. The work was completed, I paid for service and left the dealership. That was my big take in believing what Mr Estes told me. The discount was not given to me. I then made numerous telephone calls and emails, to finally speak with Mr Estes after 3 days. He advised me that usually a special price from another Toyota dealership "so far away" was not normally honored, but he had agreed to give me a $25 credit for future service/parts. I do not know if they will honor this credit as I do not have proof, but AGAIN ONLY HIS WORD. This dealership is dishonest and not straightforward. I will avoid servicing here again, and instead will travel to a further dealership when in Naples, Fl. More

I had been thinking about a smaller vehicle since we just recently relocated here and didn't need to worry about snow any longer. Long story short.... I was introduced to Paul who was truly exceptional in showing me the great features of the RAV. I never felt pressured, only assured that I was making the right decision to trade. Ryan Murphy was attentive and helpful relative to the financial aspects of the purchase. It is obvious that exceptional service is a priority at this dealership. More

Paul Columbus and Mike Mandell answered all of my questions about the car over the phone and though emails. There is a degree of trust on both sides when making a big purchase like this one. I am very pleased that the car was exactly as described. We flew down to Florida from North Carolina the next day. Mike met us at the lot, and I performed an inspection, and then we went for a drive. There was no pressure. We could go home with another car, or simply walk away. The deposit was fully refundable. Marcus Veiga conducted the closing where we signed all the paperwork. Marcus had everything ready, and we did not have to wait at all. Marcus even texted us the next day while we drove home to make sure everything was alright. Paul Columbus called me the following day to confirm that we were pleased with our car. This dealership knows how to treat people. We will come back when we are ready to buy another car.
