Went back on their word I love my car but the team at this location promised the first oil change free on my used 2013 Camry I went to go do just that and I went early before I love my car but the team at this location promised the first oil change free on my used 2013 Camry I went to go do just that and I went early before the due date for the oil change they said the same thing again then when I went to actually get it changed they said it is not in writing it's not valid so I don't appreciate that oh and another small thing no jack in my trunk which you would assume a 2013 Camry from a big dealership would have. I offered $380 less than their actual advertised price.. which isn't really the price... they are dishonest on the advertised price, because they add on a lot of extra fees... Ive never dealt with a dealership before that was so unwilling to work a deal with a customer... totally disappointed with their dishonest practices... if they say something is for sale at $8500 they really mean $9500 plus... what a waist of my time. More

($4500) We almost paid this bill until Dawn encouaged us to call Progressive direct. After our conversations with them Progressive agreed to pay the total cost! Online Parts Ordering is Excellent Living in Arizona I was asking myself why order parts from FL. Well there pricing was very good and their on line parts catalog was better then most. Living in Arizona I was asking myself why order parts from FL. Well there pricing was very good and their on line parts catalog was better then most. But the real reason came when one of the oil cooler hoses I ordered was wrong. This was my fault and not the dealer. So I call them and the parts guy was very helpful and checked the VIN and said "that isn't the correct hose let me get the correct hose in the mail to you today" I said great how much and he said don't worry, we'll take care of it. 2 days later the correct correct hose arrives. Can't ask for any better service then that. WOW they just earned my business for life. The parts guys even said he was sorry, even after I told him it was my error --great customer services. I wish I had gotten his name. More
