Stopped in at 2:30 to request an offer for my used Highlander. Dimitri was the salesman who said he would be appraising my vehicle. An hour later at 3;30 I walked out and asked Dimtri to call my cell Highlander. Dimitri was the salesman who said he would be appraising my vehicle. Found them to be unprofessional and untrustworthy They are pushy and would not trust this dealer. I like Toyotas but they cam across as shady presenting horrible deals. Never had such a bad experience. My truck is under warranty but just sort of passed me off and said nothing wrong with it. Had a noon appointment did get it in till 1 15 and had it in shop for 40 minu warranty but just sort of passed me off and said nothing wrong with it. So they keep my truck for 5 days nothing fixed. The only answer I get is they all do that noise. I can't say enough about how great the service from Kris Rivers at Germain Toyota is. From the get go he really listened to what I wanted and my timeframe. Didn't waste my time trying to sell me stuff he knew wouldn't meet my needs and was honest to say that they did not have a suitable car for me on that day. If they had had the right car I would have bought from Kris 100%. I would definitely go back at any point in the future if I needed another car to see if I could buy from him specifically. I have to say I hate car buying, I hate the usual patronising behaviour you get from a lot of salesmen and I hate being 'sold' to so I can tell you that this guy is awesome; was smart, polite, honest and enjoyable to do business with.... perfect marks in my view.
