I had to call in 8 times to get a human to try and answer my question. I finally got Mike Mateo, who not only was unable to answer my question, but also was rude. As a Toyata customer who invested over $50 my question. I finally got Mike Mateo, who not only was unable to answer my question, but also was rude. As a Toyata customer who invested over $50,000 in a Toyota SUV, I did not expect this treatment. I would not recommend calling the Germain Toyota dealer in Naples with a question. The service is poor and the courtesy is poor. Mike Mateo told me he would find that answer or have someone call me who could answer my question and 2 hours later I have not received a call. Remember Mike, a happy customer tells 5 others, a unhappy customer tell 11. Guess which one I am? More

I bought a 2019 Lexus, after I took it home the next day I communicated with them to tell them that the phone was not working properly, my caller was not able to hear me. I love it when a business tells me that they don't want my business, and that's exactly what Germain Toyota of Naples did. I went in there to trade my 2017 Tacoma on a 2021 Tacoma TRD Pro. Mason, apprais my business, and that's exactly what Germain Toyota of Naples did. I went in there to trade my 2017 Tacoma on a 2021 Tacoma TRD Pro. Mason, appraised my truck at a ridiculous valuation of $18,000 and I left pretty much disgusted. I already had an offer from CarMax to purchase the exact same truck for $23,100. Today, I actually went to CarMax to sell my truck and buy from one of Germain's competitors just up the road. After Carmax actually went over my truck, they upped their offer to $24,700. While they were valuing my truck... I found a beautiful 2021 Chevrolet Colorado ZR2 and bought it. So, I believe things happen for a reason. Thank you Germain Toyota for forcing me to find a dealership that actually values me as a customer. Not only did you lose out of the sale and the trade, but I will never walk through your doors again... More

He helped me work with the leasing company and my insurance and he went out of his way to arrange for me to have upgraded safety features installed in the vehicle at my request after the sale. I highly recommend Chad to anyone looking for a professional, courteous, hard working salesman who will go out of his way to do the right thing and make sure the customer’s needs are met. More
